Harman's defines what it is to be a laid back neighborhood dining spot as well as a culinary destination. The name honors Edwin P. Harman's efforts to attract settlers to the 320 acres that he had purchased in 1871 just north of Cherry Creek and east of what is now University Boulevard and platted as Harman’s Subdivision of Arapahoe County in 1882.
This unpretentious joint seats 80 downstairs with another 35 seats in the prestigious mezzanine. The space is clean and spare with rustic rough hewn material, reclaimed barn wood, distressed concrete and lots of communal seating.
